I love the “bridge the gap" feeling. It gives me just a little more faith in humanity. It comeswhen students find me, saying their doctors recommend them to try yoga for their lower back pain. Often I hear they just want to do surgery or push medication, and while I APPRECIATE those things are sometimes necessary, even life saving, I believe we need a balance of both.

Divisiveness destroys humanity. 
I'm in the business of creating more humanity.

I can see how it could feel dismissive to your pain to hear that something as simple as yoga could be the answer…but it isn't simple.

It isn't simple,
It's giving you the power in choice, to take command of your own healing.

It isn't simple,
it's showing up consistently, creating structure in your life.

It isn't simple,
It's leaving your ego at the door to slow down and listen, really listen, to your body and master the absolute basics. 

But simply showing up, is sometimes good enough.

I'll see you on the mat. 💜

It is an absolute privilege to be a part of the Leadership Harrison County class of 2026! If you know me, you know that I love our community. The growing art culture, the small town charm, my caring neighbors, the mom and pop shops, the list goes on and on.

I feel so incredibly lucky to be a part of a program that helps keep our community alive.
