🩷Name Origin🩷

For years, people have described me as “wild"...my hair, my energy, my style, my spirit.

At first, I thought it was just a personality trait. Over time, I realized something deeper...when I allow myself to be wild, I feel free. Fully myself. Fully alive.

I know I’m not alone in craving that feeling.

Everything I create comes from the heart. Whether its movement or bodywork, my goal has always been to help people reconnect with themselves- physically, emotionally, and energetically.

“Bodywork” is a term used in healing and massage practices, but it’s also used in the automotive world.

That connection inspired the word “Garage.” A garage is where things are worked on. Rebuilt. Brought back to life.

That’s exactly what Wild Hearts Garage was born to be, a place where people are free to exist, exercise, and express.

Little taste of what our 333 Body class will look like-

Plank to Bent Over Row. Reverse Lunge to Shoulder Press. Knee Drive with Twist. (Optional Dance Party to)
Rest. Repeat.

333 Body will include warm up, conditioning, and cool down within a 45 min class.
