Iowa’s PBM reform bill (SF 383) has officially passed both the House and Senate—with strong bipartisan support. The Iowa House passed the bill on a 75-15 vote. Now, it's up to Governor Kim Reynolds to sign it into law. Please help us get this crucial bill across the finish line. Scan the QR code below with your phone camera, scroll to the very bottom and under the Take Action section complete your information to send a quick email to Governor Reynolds asking her to sign the PBM reform bill into law. Just like before, the whole process takes less than a minute.

We need your help! Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM's) are working hard to close down local pharmacies and force customers to preferred pharmacies (often owned by the PBM's themselves). The Iowa Senate recently passed SF 383 to restrict the harmful practices of PBM's in the state. The bill needs to pass the House in order to be signed by the Governor. Please use the link below to send a message to your local representative asking for them to support local pharmacies in the state by passing SF 383. The entire process takes less than a minute.
