Hey yogi friends! 👋🏼

Algorithms don’t always play nicely & I worry that people don’t see my class reminders & updates.

So join me on Remind! I’ll send weekly True You Yoga class reminders, you can text me to sign up for that week’s class, & I’ll send out any cancellation alerts due to winter weather, sickness, etc.

🏴‍☠️ Yog-Arrrr!!! this afternoon was so much fun! Little Dean out-planked us all & they may or may not have fired cannons at other pirates (aka: their moms).

🦜 Balancing our parrots in various poses added an extra challenge!

We ended class with a guided meditation about what a treasurer WE are. 🫶🏻

Pirate yoga will definitely make the rounds again!

Hi Kids Yoga families -

I'm mixing up my schedule at True You Yoga a bit in August based on our survey results & also my own kids' fall sports schedules!

We'll be doing yoga twice a month on Friday and twice a month on Saturday, alternating each week. Punchpass is updated to reflect this new schedule. Feel free to register online or you can message me as well!
