Five years, countless moving parts, approximately 47,000 questions answered, and somehow she still keeps this place running like magic.

Today we’re celebrating our Office Manager and the heart behind so much of what happens at WIM. From calming chaos to keeping the team organized (and occasionally keeping the doctor in line), her dedication, patience, and care have shaped this office in more ways than we can count.

She’s been here through growth, busy seasons, big milestones, and all the little everyday moments that make WIM what it is. We truly couldn’t do it without her.

Thank you for 5 years of hard work, loyalty, laughter, and keeping the wheels turning, even on the days when the rest of us are just along for the ride. 💙
