Had some very exciting news today! I will be teaching yoga again at a beautiful spa and wellness center right here in Louisville Ky! It has been a winding road, however my heart knows the way and after some bumps, I have found a new home to share the gift of yoga again! Hope to see you there! Details to come! Happy New Year Yogis!
