2025 Year in Review: Aligned Counseling has been serving the community since 2023, and this past year was the first year operating my private practice full-time. I am deeply and incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support, professional and word-of-mouth referrals, and trust that allowed this practice to grow beyond what I ever imagined - especially in my first full-time year - and to have such a beautiful office space to share with everyone! Even more, I'm thankful for those clients who have been with me before the start of Aligned Counseling, following me along this journey. I never could have imagined how quickly my schedule would fill up, how continuously busy I would be, or how full my heart would feel by this year's end. It is a privilege to provide support and care to such incredible individuals and to know that we're still growing and making new connections. I'm looking forward to entering this next year with each and every one of you, and excited to to introduce a new therapist who will be joining my team!

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate, empathetic, dedicated, and motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality, holistic mental health care to individuals, families, and couples. This role involves working with diverse populations across various age groups, addressing various mental health challenges utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in their mental health journeys and promote overall well-being.

Duties
• Conduct thorough comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide clinical counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, families, and couples with a variety of mental health and behavioral health needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and insurance standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings.
• Remain updated on best practices in mental health counseling and participate in ongoing professional development.

Experience and Requirements
• Current Ohio licensure as LSW/LISW, LPC/LPCC, or MFT.
• Experience and knowledge in clinical counseling services.
• Strong skills in individual, family, and couple's counseling methodologies and evidence-based interventions.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with mental health concerns, substance use concerns, disabilities, and diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort and willingness to learn and utilize electronic health records (EHR).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
