Tomorrow night, we gather in the energy building just before the full Pink Moon. 🌸🌕

This is the space before the release…
Where emotions rise, clarity begins, and something within you asks to be seen.

We won’t rush to let go.
We’ll slow down…
We’ll listen…
We’ll notice what is gently rising to the surface.

After a snowy pause… we gather again 🤍

This will be my first class of the year in the big studio—and with the energy of the Spring Equinox, it feels like the perfect moment to return, reset, and step forward together.

🌿 Theme: Return to Light — A Threshold Yoga Practice

The Equinox is a point of balance…
light and dark, past and possibility.

In this class, we’ll move through:
✨ grounding + release
✨ balance + intention
✨ strength + opening

And I have something a little extra planned for you—a simple, meaningful moment to reflect on what you’re leaving behind and what you’re ready to step into.

I meant it when I said I couldn’t wait to see you all tonight… and I still do 🤍

But today is reminding us who’s in charge ❄️ With icy roads and a few of my team unable to make it in, I’ll be working late—and I don’t feel good about asking anyone to travel in these conditions.

So tonight’s class is officially a snow day.

I’m so sorry for the change, especially after just posting yesterday. Thank you for always meeting me with grace.

✨ The good news… next week, I’m planning something a little extra special for us. A class to reconnect, reset, and make up for tonight—fully and intentionally.

Tonight’s yoga class is canceled.

With icy conditions around the studio, I don’t feel comfortable asking anyone to navigate slippery ground this evening. The melting icecycles today are only going to contribute to how slick it already is. Your safety always comes first.
