Body recomposition focuses on body composition rather than weight.
Unlike a standard diet, body recomposition is a lifestyle in which fitness and nutrition techniques lead to healthy changes in your bodyโs ratio of fat to muscle.
Body recomposition is an approach to weight loss that emphasizes the importance of not only losing fat but gaining muscle at the same time.
Traditional weight loss programs focus on cutting body fat and hitting lower numbers on the scale or others focus on โbulkingโ to grow muscle; with recomposition we can grow muscle and lose body fat at the same time, YES IT IS POSSIBLE, scientifically proven and as you can see the numbers on my clients check ins.
This is what I focus on and the type of results I bring.
Why do I prefer Recomposition?
Because you get faster and better results in less amount of time, rather than focusing only on bulking which can gain excessive unnecessary fat making you train harder to lose the fat when the cut comes or cutting you first the bulking you again and repeat the up and down cycle.
Itโs not healthy for the body to go up and down like that, it affects hormonal balance, strength, energy levels and for women our menstrual cycle; with recomposition we maintain a balance in nutrition and hormones.
As you gain more muscle while you recomposition and your basal metabolic rate goes up we can then increase your calories accordingly for you to continue making progress, bringing the desired results.
This method does not apply to all; everyone has different goals but, if you are one that wants to gain muscle and lose fat this is, in my opinion the best way to go ๐ซถ๐ผ
