Are you dealing with RAPID weight gain, due to perimenopause or menopause? More than half the women that come to me are perimenopausal or post menopausal. They’re doing all the right things, yet they’re gaining weight, and their body compositions are changing at alarming rates. Many women are now hitting perimenopause as early as mid- 30’s. Unfortunately, I hit Peri early myself. This before/after photo displays my own personal body transformation with early perimenopause. Throughout the years, I always maintained, through specific dietary and lifestyle habits . But shortly after I hit peri, my body composition changed overnight, and none of my usual routines worked. I was eating super clean, zero sugar, low carb, regular walks, and still kept gaining weight. And rapidly! I was determined to crack the code. AND I DID. I now share these very specific (and not very well known (yet!)) techniques with my clients, along with specialized body sculpting services to maximize results. 🙏🏼 I test everything on myself first, before I share it with you.
