Zone 3: 20 box step overs (24in)
Zone 4: 25 med ball sit-up throws (14lb)
Zone 5: 500m ski
Zone 6: 100m DB farmers carry (40lb)
Zone 7: 25 cal air bike
Zone 8: 20 dead ball overs (40lb)
Zone 9: 100m sled push/pull
Zone 10: RAM burpees (22lb)

Honestly just proud I kept moving the whole time! Already excited for the next one:)
