D'Amore Healthcare One of Southern California's leading subacute mental health treatment programs specializing in crisis stabilization.

We are in network with Anthem Blue Cross and accept many other insurance plans. D’Amore offers single bedrooms, three weekly therapy sessions, 6 to 8 hours of intensive group therapy daily, and a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation with regular follow ups and medication management. Our program offers CBT and DBT therapy, equine therapy, art and music therapy, breathwork, sound bath, and yoga therapies as well as chef inspired meals and nutrition planning.

Most of us live like work is the only thing that matters:

- We sacrifice sleep for deadlines.
- We skip meals for meetings.
- We cancel plans for last-minute work.

They protect their time like it’s their most valuable asset.

The 8+8+8 Rule breaks down like this:

💼 8 Hours of Focused Work:
→ Pick your 2-3 most important tasks
→ Block your calendar in 90-minute chunks  
→ Protect your deep work time
😴 8 Hours of Quality Sleep:
→ Avoid caffeine after 2pm
→ Write tomorrow’s top 3 tasks before bed
→ Get sunlight within 30 minutes of waking

🌟 8 Hours for Everything Else:
→ Family, friends, and faith - invest in what matters most
→ Health, hygiene, and hobbies - care for your whole self
