When we experience a loss, grieve sets in. Grief is a journey that can feel overwhelming.With the recent passing of Liam Payne from one direction even people that have never met him feel sadness for his passing around the world because of the developed sense of connection that happens and that is what makes us humans. Let’s all remember to be kind with one another.

In October 10, 1992 World Mental Health Day was celebrated for the first time with a purpose of creating awareness and educating the public. Many years later we see these efforts, they are still a work in a progress.
