So fun spending time with my amazing mom, Beverly Bowen who raised us with organic gardens and juice cleanses, WAY ahead of her time! The mother of 9 natural children, at 86 she teaches an exercise class at her active community and still inspires us to live well, eat well, and think young (although she can't resist fried coconut shrimp 😄) I'm forever thankful she taught us so much, gave us so much, and cared so much! Love you Mom! 🥰❤️

A thousand laughs with our littles at the Harlem Globetrotters! 🏀😄 Most impressive is the way the players were so kind and patient to sign autographs and talk to the kids. Very Sweet!
