Each year for Katlyn’s birthday, she celebrates with a Saturndalia festival!

What is a Saturnalia? Well, it is a festival dedicated to the god Saturn! We will be honoring the stars and the moon. We wear togas in blue, green, white, or Gold while enjoying a gentle yoga class. Followed by appetizers supplied by home yoga and cookie decorating.

Please bring a beverage of your own choice.
Gifts to the gods are appreciated, but not required ;)

This is what community looks like. Even on a cruise finding time to get your headstand practice in. Having an instructor send you a picture to post while on their two week vacation. Running the Iyengar classes even while Kat is gone with an AMAZING guest instructor. Hear all about vacation this Saturday when she is back in studio, because THIS is what community looks like.

It looks like a dog who gives you kisses on your way out. It looks like the only wall restorative class in Orange County. It looks like taking a moment for yourself to let go while being surrounding but others doing the same thing. This is what community looks like. It looks like showing up for someone’s first big show in Costa Mesa. It looks like getting on the ground to take the best pic ever. It looks like meeting my best friend because he brought his coworker to yoga. It looks like all of us getting together last night. It looks like 5 yrs of yoga classes, meditations, soundbaths together. It looks like support each other’s projects and talents on social media. It looks like celebrating the wins. Congrats to and .leaners for their first show in Costa Mesa. Can’t wait for more!
