Ryan is an avid runner/marathoner who has developed extremely tight calves and lack of range of motion (ROM) in his ankles over the years.

Using active techniques such as functional range conditioning (FRC) help break up adhesions developed over time due to repetitive use. Rapid release technique is another modality used to break up scar tissue around the mortise joint.
