The GYROTONIC® Method is a holistic approach to movement that is designed to meet
the needs of people of all ages and abilities. Focused attention is given to increasing the functional capacity of the spine, using spherical, spiral and figure eight motions. The movements and corresponding breathing patterns stimulate the vital forces of the body to circulate through its energy pathways. GYROTONIC® exercise is used worldwide with great success by athletes, pre- and post-natal women, physical therapists and serves as general conditioning. GYROTONIC is a registered trademark of Gyrotonic Sales Corp and is used with their permission. Visit the official GYROTONIC® site at: www.gyrotonic.com
