February is American Heart Month, a time to focus on heart health and lifesaving awareness. Each year, more than 23,000 children experience cardiac arrest outside of hospital settings. Knowing CPR can make a critical difference in those moments.

Learning CPR helps you act with confidence during emergencies and become part of the Nation of Lifesavers, because no one, especially our children, should face a life-changing moment alone.
