Drinking water 💦 H20 - As summer approaches, it is key to stay hydrated. Drinking water improves mental function, muscle mobility, your skin will appear plus and rejuvenated and you will overall feel an immediate difference.
Eat your Fruits 🥑and Vegetables 🥕 - Your plate should be colorful and rich with texture and flavor. When you feed your body the nutrients it needs your overall health will improve. An apple in the morning will help with alertness and digestion. Greens 🥬 have important vitamins and combining the together give your body energy it needs.
Move - 💃🏼🚴♂️, exercise, walking, dancing, playing a sport - any type of movement will be beneficial for your mental health and your physical heath. If you don’t use it, you will loose it! It is so true when it comes to your muscles. Light workout and usage of your body will maintain its physical shape, strength and help you in many ways to maintain your well being.
Sleep 💤- This is the most important - get 8 hours of sleep. This helps your body to restore itself, calm inflammation and focuses your body on healing and repairing itself. Your skin repairs and sheds at night, your organs detox and your mind rests.
