Money beliefs inform our financial habits and impact our behaviors. It’s important to be aware of how our relationship with money–positive or negative- cause distress or lead towards success.

Ideally, financial wellness is defined as a holistic approach to money and living. It’s doing more of what you love and more of what brings joy into your life.

Many have argued money isn’t essential and it cannot buy happiness. But money does play a significant role in our society. It’s the currency that pays for food, shelter, and medicine. It allows us the necessities to survive and the luxuries we enjoy.

The journey to financial wellbeing isn’t necessarily about making millions of dollars. It’s about taking into account how you’re feeling today as you plan for a better tomorrow. Consider your money story…

Can you find my drink? It blends so well into my avocado tree it’s hard to! I’m drinking my chlorophyll.

I was told, when I was a child, I had asthma. As an adult, I remapped my asthma and found out it was trauma, stuck in my body.

Since then I have found one of the best ways to support my lungs is with chlorophyll. At first I would give myself and “little”, a papaya enzyme that had it in it. But now, has done it again!

Yummy, peppermint flavored chlorophyll liquid drops. They say it’s an antioxidant and helps resist oxidative stress… For me, I just notice I breathe better!!

In that space, however momentary, is our power to choose our response. In our response, lies our growth and our freedom. When we meditate, practice mindfulness or , we increase that space, allowing us to make a more conscious choice with our actions… instead of allowing our limiting beliefs or childhood subconscious training to act on our behalf.

We can choose to be who and what we wish to be. It takes work, or more appropriately, effort. This is my journey, anyone care to join me?

Welcome to your new year. May we all step further into clarity and connection within ourselves and with others. This growth is piece by piece and moment by moment, even breath by breath. Do what you can for yourself, be gentle, but persistent. And if you can’t be, ask for help… knowing you will find it and with it you become more you.

It’s my birthday today. I usually don’t make it a “big known thing”, but I feel that it’s an additional time to look . Birthdays are a and so is the last day of the year…

There’s so much ahead right now, within my life, and I see it with every person I speak with. I’m so grateful for this, even in frustration, stuckness and loss. I take this as a way to dig deeper within. To step away from my fears and do my best to show up as my full divine self - everywhere in my life.

We can all change - in reality, we should change. And often show up as the steps before change.
 
No where does it say we are required to be who we used to be. Have the same reactions, emotions or thoughts as we did before... We can break habits handed down to us. We are allowed to be a ‘different us’.

And this is completely within your own power. Also, be gentle with yourself on the journey, genuine, long lasting change comes from and for oneself, not aggressive towards oneself. I’m doing the best I can for myself and with myself, because I know the more I become , the more ‘me’ shows up for everyone else.

May we all in 2022. Giving all my love to you ❤️

It’s the that we do everyday… if we allow ourselves to simply add joy to it. Joy is like butter, we can put it on anything and we can make it better.

We all have had to try so hard these past two years, perhaps if we find small ways to add joy (like family teeth brushing time) we can continue to find some smiles and sanity. I hope all were able to find a sprinkle of joy this holiday season. .

Gratefulness is important!! And what better day than today to reflect on it? Even more so, though, is how can we give?

Generosity has been shown to:
- improve moods
- reduce stress and anxiety
- have a positive effects on physical health
- help us live longer

Instead of reflecting on what has already happened and going with the motions of habits, we can ask this question and start looking to the future and giving to those around us. Not only will it increase your happiness and make you more resilient to stress, but you encourage that same journey in others! I’m grateful for you 💖

Feeling blessed for the universe taking care of me (and my Little) at just the right time. You already know I’m a fan of , but the day I received this one to try, my 7 started having trouble breathing. This isn’t a new thing, but what was new was how well this product helped! I was able to work her down with it and some eucalyptus/avo oil on the chest (no inhaler needed!) hooray!! Home run again!! Thank you!

Gratitude is the simplest way to change one’s perspective of the world. It allows us to appreciate the positive, rather than focus on the negative aspects of our lives. Learning to be grateful helps us appreciate the little things in life that we tend to take for granted, which brings about a deep feeling of satisfaction that fulfills and nourishes us.

How does being outside in nature make you feel?

Nature is an incredible backdrop to play, rest, exercise and connect with others. And the benefits nature offers are innumerable! Physiologically it boosts our immune systems, it promotes healing and increases life expectancy; psychologically and emotionally it promotes well-being, makes us feel alive with uplifting and energizing effects, it helps us feel calmer, less anxious or stressed and relieves attention fatigue. It also helps build better social connections!

Intuitively it makes sense that humans are genetically hardwired to connect with nature. One of my favorite outdoor spaces is to sit by running water, close my eyes and feel what happens inside my body. And that’s exactly what I’m getting to do on this chilly fall morning! My world has been very internal for quite some time between the stress of the world, the craziness of life, loss and some health stuff too. I’m peeking up and saying hello!

2021 has been a broken year and recently I learned I have a heavy metal toxicity. One of the great supplements I have found is Activated Charcoal. As I’ve shared with you before, has incredible organic products that I’ve come to trust.

I was lucky enough to be given a bottle of her organic activated charcoal for free. I appreciate how she says not to use it consistently, but when needed. I see less bloating and I’m looking forward to testing my metals again and seeing how they have decreased! This will just be one more step to coming back to my true center. Thanks Mary Ruth!!
