Resistance School is Back!

For 10 weeks starting February 22nd, we’re gathering every other Sunday to study movements, practice strategy, and explore what collective resistance actually looks like in a fractured world.

This isn’t therapy. It’s not a book club. It’s a design lab for people who are done just being angry and ready to learn how change actually happens.

What we’ll cover: → The moral urgency of resistance
→ Strategy as a practice (not a plan)
→ What roles we can play in social transformation
→ How to build solidarity across friction
→ Collective action design

The details: 📅 Every other Sunday for 10 weeks
🕙 10am-12pm
📍 In person (Irvine)
💰 No cost
📚 Readings provided

This is for anyone tired of scrolling through the crisis. For people who want to understand how movements work—and don’t work. For those ready to practice resistance, not just perform it.

To join: Email me. DM me.

Space is limited. First session is February 22nd.

See you there.

I’d rather be known for how I think, how I listen, and how I work relationally, than for a niche.

We’re taught to wait for clarity. But most lives don’t change that way. They change through orientation, experimentation, and story.

There’s a term you will hear a lot in the therapy world, and outside of the therapy world, and that is the idea of "holding space." Although thrown around a lot, do we really know or understand what holding space is? Or how to hold space?

In this video I summarize the holding environment and examine the framework of Confirming, Contradicting, and Creating Continuity and how this framework supports growth and identity development.
