I am so incredibly fortunate to be part of this wonderful non-profit,

For TEN years has lead this incredible organization that provides low coast therapy to the community. No one is turned away regardless what they can afford. It has been an honor to give back what has been given to me and get to lead and supervise such amazing therapists. 💕🙏🏼☺️

For the first time ever we will be hosting a an online benefit this May to support CFI’s mission of affordable mental health. We are now accepting donations for our silent auction! No donation is too small!

This is me in kindergarten. Before shame, unlovable, unworthy, and not chosen, came to visit and set up camp in my mind and heart for many years. Now at 44, I have spent the last few years stoping the fight against them, and got curious about how and why they came to stay. I dove deep and asked questions, sat in the stillness, until I learned I’ve got my inner little one, and that she’s safe now. While I know there’s no arrival point, I relish the growth, love and gratitude I have discovered thus far on this spiritual journey. Last week I had the amazing privilege of spending the week in Maui for the CAVA foundations connection summit with other MFTs. There I was reminded we are all born of love and value, and the search to reconnect with it—should it be hidden from you, is what makes life beautiful, albeit challenging at times. In this space I reconnected with much of what I loved when I was little—animals, art, music and play. I am eternally grateful to be the guide and companion for so many on their own journey. Whether you have your own guide or not, please know—you are valuable, you are love and you are light. All of you, everyday, no matter what hardships have shown up to visit you. You matter, and you’re not alone. 💕✨🙏🏻
