Save this one! ☝️ and here’s why i hate stevia in most drinks (other than i can’t stand the taste of it😅).

Radiant clear skin can be easy for some to achieve but harder for others however i wanted to share some easy tips to work on skin game:
- ensuring enough water is consumed
- avoid your inflammatory diet items
- a high quality fish oil (love this!!)
- not touching your face too much or picking at it
- adding lots of fiber
- trying to use a gentle cleanser instead of over cleansing or over exfoliating and i love me a good facial once a month ( although it doesn’t always happen😅) .

A note about how to re-regulate your nervous system with everything going on around us these days. Your nervous system is not wired to process inform constantly and will end up perceiving these signals as threats. This puts such a heavy load on your nervous system, leading to higher cortisol output, worsening sleep and digestion and throws hormones off balance. My simple steps to a re regulated nervous system:
1- stop scrolling, stay informed but not constantly on your phone or the news.
2-spend time outdoors, my favorite activity is watching the birds and listening to their chirps.
3- eat high protein nutritious dense meals.
4- engage in relaxing activities: painting, reading, walking.
