Great article about trauma bonding. Yesterday an admired colleague and friend of mine were talking about this very topic and how it has taken many years to recover from the trauma in childhood. It’s a many series of layered removal because we sought out relationships that validated those intense emotions felt in childhood.
When we continue the work we are able to see the roots more clearly!
