Momentum Life Counseling is transforming! We will be redesigning into a fully virtual practice, offering therapy service to individuals in both Minnesota and Texas.

We opened our doors in 2019, providing therapy for individuals, couples, and military service members - totaling over 4,000 hours. It has been our privilege to serve Cottage Grove and the east Twin Cities metro over the past 5 years.

We look forward to continuing to provide help and support to individuals moving forward.
