Position involves commercial cleaning activities (dusting, disinfecting, removal of garbage, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc) in various businesses. F/T available for the strongest candidate. Need a good floor maintenance technician, also - for periodic work. Experience preferred but not required. Background check required before starting. We provide employees with gift cards for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and there’s a possibility of bonuses, in the form of $$’s or paid time off, at year end. Most of our accounts are located in Eugene, however we have accounts in Junction City, Creswell, Drain, and Cottage Grove! Most work needs to take place after 5p on weekdays, however we have some needs to fill for 10a-3p on week days (M/W/F). Also, weekend shifts and -
PERIODIC graveyard (floorwork) schedules which is paid at the highest rate to floor technicians with experience.

We have the latest equipment for SPRAY DISINFECTION services and will gladly provide this service to you even if we do not have a regular customer agreement in place.
One-time Cleans are always appreciated, though the best way to keep your business clean, fresh and sanitized, is to contract with a cleaning company such as mine.

We are insured and bonded - all employees are background checked before they can work on their own.

I can provide a rather quick Bid For Services and will attach a generic Scope of Services or Cleaning Schedule to this post for your review. This document can easily be amended to fit your needs. 😉

Hey Everyone! I sure hope things are going well - it’s been a year of confusion, pain, anger, insecurity, and struggle for ALL OF US! Ugh - I’m praying that things will mellow out, soon. 🙏🏼
Anyway, I’ve finally received all of the disinfectant sprayers (backpack style) that I ordered a month or so ago. One of these is a mighty interesting one. It’s called an Electrostatic Sprayer and it covers so much more surfaces/space in much less time than those regular sprayers. They all spray a very fine mist (disinfectant from the CDC’s list of effective products), however the electrostatic spray “wraps” around the arm of a chair or stair railing so that you get fuller coverage from one pass.

If anyone would like more info, kindly contact me and I will be happy to help you decide if our spray-disinfecting service might benefit your business, in any way.

As we begin to re-open businesses here in Lane County, Oregon (as well as other counties around us), my business model is changing accordingly. I have ordered two backpack style sanitation misters to use in businesses, if requested & pricing is approved, which will make a dramatic difference in the safety of staff/employees/customers.

Additionally, I am preparing to purchase a more advanced system which is called an ELECTROSTATIC SPRAYER as soon as this becomes available. (Currently backordered everywhere!).

THIS item will allow safe, quick, and thorough sanitizing of gym equipment, playground equipment, offices, conference rooms, medical offices, etc.!

I know that you are all concerned about “what to do going forward” and I hope this will help you to minimize some concern.

Hello All - checking in again to see how things are going! It looks like some (medical type) businesses will be reopening soon, thank goodness! I’m sure there will be safety protocols to follow as we head back to work “post-pandemic”. I have done some serious disinfecting process training so that we can offer the best in preparing business offices that will be reopening, and we will change a bit about our ongoing services; paying more attention to all “high- touch” areas. Whew!! We are getting there!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Hey all - I hope you are all fairing well. 🙏🏼

A few of my 20 employees only cleaned schools and, naturally, a couple of my other accounts have suspended service ufn.

We are looking for one-time cleans in your place of business. We will disinfect areas up and down. If you feel that this would make employees more comfortable to continue working in the office or even more comfortable returning to work, let’s talk.

I’m reaching out to existing customers, also. I’d really like to help everyone feel better (if possible) and keep loss of wages/salaries at a minimum. For all of us! 🙏🏼

Additionally, I’m looking into State guidance for businesses that might need financial assistance due to this virus.

WOW! These are some crazy times! All of us at Adaptiva Enterprises LLC are working hard to diligently clean all high touch areas in each and every account. Please bear with us while we move our concentration from day to day tasks to these most needed disinfecting "sessions",
Some business have authorized extra hours/more pay for the next few weeks, and a few have closed also.
I hope and pray that all of us and all of you get through this pandemic without too much of an inconvenience and that we all remain HEALTHY!
Take those extra precautions (don't shake hands, use hand-sanitizer after using public facilities, keep a distance of three feet between you and others whenever possible, restrict travel and social activities, etc.)
