Growing up very close to my grandparents shaped a respect and comfort level for the aging population. Watching my grandmother spend her last couple months of her life in a big box assisted living facility has inspired me to provide residential homes with the best traditional family style assisted living experience.

Big box facilities have very high residents to staff ratios which leads to longer wait times when residents need help and each resident receives less attention from staff. Dining rooms are large and noisy which resemble large high school cafeterias. Long hallways make residents feel like they are in a hospital or large nursing institution.

Highland Homes and Services provides a comfortable environment for each resident which helps them feel happier, safe, and loved.
