Starting on Monday November 3rd we will be hosting a Food and Formula Drive for Friends in Need Food Shelf! If you donate you will receive one FREE add-on to a massage.

Families in our community need our help feeding their children and we want to support them.

Items to donate:
• Baby Formula & Baby Foods (unopened)
• Shelf-stable food: canned or pouched proteins, grains, canned fruits and vegetables, cooking essentials (oil,spices, flour, sugar, powered milk or eggs), soups, cereal, boxed food, and snacks
• Cash donations that will go directly to Friends in Need
