Many costumes have already arrived and are ready to go home! As costume invoices are paid, we will get your dancers costume ordered and prepped to go out the door. We are starting to sign them out this week to make room for more coming in!

March 1st is the last day to take care of that costume invoice to ensure your costume will be here before picture week (april 6th week). If you pay it early - it'll get ordered early!

Late invoices will be:
*subject to availability
*subject to all delivery and rush fees to hopefully be here by picture week.
*paying full costume amount - SLDA won't cover overages when the costume is more than $50 for late paid invoices.
**Note that we do not guarantee that it'll be available OR here by picture week unless it's paid by March 1st.

Ballet 1 is reaching for the sun, moon and stars with Nowhere To Go But Up! Like a balloon that is swept across the sky by the wind, these dancers will float and glide across the stage in this stunning tulle and floral costumes.

May 31st - add it to your schedule today so you too can see these dancers flying high!

One of my favorite scenes in this movie is when Burt is drawing beautiful landscapes at the park. Hip Hop 1 will brighten up the stage with their colorful costumes and catchy song.

Bring along a tuppence or two for our dash for cash and be sure to put it in the hat to show appreciation for the SIDEWALK CHALK art that this class will be displaying on the stage!

Mr. Banks heads off for a full day of hard work at the bank in his suit along with his can-do attitude.

Jazz 3 is the same. They work hard at their craft (sometimes 7 days a week) and they are ready to show you that when you invest in yourself - the reward isn't just pocket change.

I'd vote for these girls in our pointe class as "most inspirational". You'll see a variety of levels of pointe work being shown in this piece and these dancers supporting each other every step of the way.

Come see them perform on May 31st and afterward you can confidently say "Well done SISTER SUFFRAGETTE"

While a spoonful of sugar is super sweet - this class will be too! These adorable peach and ivory tulle dresses have a lace up back with bows and gems for accents.

Come support local youth performers on May 31st as they dance their hearts out on stage in our 2026 production entitled STEP IN TIME. Ticket sale announced soon!

It's that time of year again! Over the next few months I'll be posting pictures of our spring show costume collection. This year's theme is STEP IN TIME! Join us on May 31st at LCC for this amazing performance.

Mary Poppins is such a beloved story and this show will feature music from the original movie, the broadway musical, Mary Poppins returns and some that are gentle nods to things like Mr. Banks going to work, the money at the bank and the adorable parrot umbrellas!

Up first is Jazz 2! They'll be representing Leeries (lamplighters) in our show! Come watch them "Trip a Little Light Fantastic"!

Costume fittings are going well! If your dancer has missed theirs this week, I'll take care of it the next time they're at dance.

Costume invoices have all gone out and to avoid confusion, check the heading & due date before paying an invoice to be sure you're paying the one you'd like to pay first!

Costume invoices include:
*Participation fee / Media fee (this includes footage of the shows once it's edited - usually September)
*Costume fee - Costumes are typically more than our max and we just eat it..however if it's less, I'll credit your final month's tuition!

All the show information is up on our website with picture week, rehearsal dates and more! After Valentine's Day, I'll be printing and posting it to the studio bulletin board so we can all be prepared prior to show activities!

I've been working on finalizing music choices and costumes for our spring show entitled STEP IN TIME.

Invoices have gone out for costumes, information is up on the website, and teachers will begin work on choreography soon (some have already started!)
