Training Receptiveness: Please take a moment and think about how receptive you are to your companies training. In the past month, has someone offered training to you that you may have rejected in some way, shape or form? Training is provided to protect your life and others around you. Be receptive to training and realize that three people last week died due to the lack of their training. They entered a confined space and were lost. Train as if you were the trainer and be receptive to all aspects and levels of training. Today you are no longer a student, be a teacher!
