Leaving her corporate career to build her own business full time was a leap of confidence and self care that Adrianna Willis hopes to inspire in other women with Mind the Crown. At the heart of the brand is a simple but transformative message: You are worthy of rest, softness, and a life that feels good to live.

“Mind the Crown is a women’s wellness and self-care brand created for the woman who has been carrying too much for too long,” she says. “We help women slow down, breathe again, and choose themselves without guilt. We do that through products and experiences that feel real and relatable. Our affirmation cards, journals, coloring books, candles, and wellness gifts are designed to bring comfort, clarity, and a reminder that rest is not something you earn. It is something you deserve.”

THIS SATURDAY, Willis will be among the debut businesses at the Rondo Exchange Grant Opening! Join us from 1 to 4 p.m. for the Creative Currency event to be among the first to experience this new community-centered space and shop local businesses like Mind the Crown!

Today Mind the Crown had the honor of facilitating Carry Your Message with the team at RSM.

This experience invited participants to pause and reflect on what they are choosing to carry forward in this season of leadership and work. Through guided intention setting and a hands on affirmation tote activity, the room was filled with creativity, clarity, and meaningful conversation.

We believe what we carry matters. The words we choose matter. The boundaries we set matter.
