🌟 Employee of the Month: Braeden! 🌟

We’re proud to celebrate Braeden, our Employee of the Month! Growing up right here in Cottage Grove—just around the corner from Middlefield Oaks—Braeden even discovered he was neighbors with one of our residents.

Caregiving came naturally to him, inspired by his mother’s work in skilled nursing and at Riverbend Hospital. Since joining our team just three months ago, he has already made a meaningful impact in Memory Care with his compassion, patience, and calm presence.

He says his favorite thing about working at Middlefield Oaks is "The education and training skills that I achieved. Also, learning to perceive needs and be a companion, and hearing about resident's great life histories, and close knit families."
