Well folks… we survived our first Olympic Triathlon! Ran on only 3 hours of sleep the night before but honestly felt so good to finally do it ! The BEST part about the whole process was seeing everyone’s ages on the back of their legs and being reminded that age is JUST a number ! I got my butt kicked by so many people older than me ! 😂 I loved it ❤️ Margie Bennett

Happy Memorial Day !! I hurt my back Friday morning during a workout , and we were planning to drive to Kansas that night with the kids. We had plans to fly to Colorado to do the Bolder Boulder 10K. Well with radiating pain , I was super nervous. Thankful for my staff that adjusted my back, and then my kind patients who loaded me up with lidocaine patches and ice bags with straps. I was able to keep ice on my back all weekend: and just finished the 10K without pain!!

The trick was to keep moving, even though pain can be debilitating, lack of movement will weaken you overtime and cause more problems.

I have a whole new appreciation for my pain patients and even bigger appreciation for my staff who are incredibly talented and the tools and exercises that physical therapy can provide.

Hope you all have an enjoyable holiday, and thank you to all those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 🇺🇸🏃‍♀️❤️.
