🧘‍♂️ Find Your Calm. Build Your Edge. ⚡

Young athletes don’t just need reps — they need peace, balance, and confidence.

At TPL, we help athletes slow things down so they can level up:
• ✅ Performance testing to know exactly where you stand
• 🛡️ Injury prevention before pain ever shows up
• ✋ In-office preventive care using cutting-edge manual therapies
• 📲 Virtual, at-home guided plans to stay dialed in between visits

And every 10 days, athletes check in with Doc Mac to reset, recover, and keep their bodies moving the right way — because consistency beats guesswork.

Calm mind. Strong body. Smart training.
That’s how young athletes win — on and off the field.

Pain When Tying Your Shoe or Climbing Stairs? That’s a Built-In Test.

Small daily movements—like bending down to tie a shoe or stepping up a stair—are some of the best test and retest indicators we have. If those motions start to feel smoother and less painful, it tells us your treatment plan is moving in the right direction.

But clinic work is only half the equation.
At-home exercises and rehab reinforce the exact mobility and stability we’re building—especially in the hips and core. Subtle changes in how you move can reveal a lot about soft-tissue flexibility, control, and the health of the surrounding joints.

Consistency = progress.
Function = the goal.

A stronger understanding = stronger outcomes.

In this clip, Dr. Conrod breaks down how your brachial plexus, levator scapulae, pec minor, and traps all work together — and how posture can make or break that system.

When these structures get tight or overloaded, they can compress the nerves that run from your neck into your shoulder and arm.
When they’re mobile, strong, and positioned well, your mechanics improve and symptoms decrease.

Better awareness. Better movement. Better results.
That’s the TROSS way.

💪ORGANIZED MOVEMENT🦵

Stable. Mobile. Stable. Mobile

Sometimes chronic issues need to be brought back to the simplest of terms and goals.

Question ❓❓

“Why are we asking an area of the body to do something it’s not biomechanically structured to do?”

Goals⬇️

•maintain a proper biomechanical chain from feet to shoulders (an alternating pattern of mechanics in loaded and unloaded movements)

1. mobile hips

2. a stable core/lumbar spine

3. mobile thoracic spine

• decrease mechanical breakdowns by correcting compensations in the chain, close proximity to the stressed area (above and below)

Where Care Meets Performance- The TROSS Trio

At TROSS, everything starts with elite chiropractic care at our core — the center of how we help people move, feel, and perform their best.

From that foundation, we’ve expanded into two focused programs designed to meet the specific needs of our community:

🔸 TROSS Performance Lab (TPL)
Built for athletes and active individuals who want deeper testing, smarter training insights, and hands-on recovery tools that keep them performing at their highest level.

🔸 TROSS Body Blueprint
Created for anyone who wants to move better, reduce stiffness, increase mobility and understand how their body works through doctor-led mobility assessments, stretching and personalized movement plans.

Think of it like a Venn diagram ⬇️

Chiropractic is the center, and will always be the heart of what we do, while TPL and Body Blueprint overlap to support every type of patient—from competitive athletes to everyday movers who just want to feel good again.

No matter which path you fall into, TROSS is here to guide you with care, clarity, and a plan built around YOU.

🌀 Your sacrum moves like a gyroscope.

While the pelvis tips one way, the sacrum subtly shifts the opposite — creating balance, stability, and fluid motion through the spine and hips. This counter-movement is key to understanding how your body absorbs force, transfers energy, and maintains efficient mechanics.

We dive into the intricacies of sacral movement and its relationship with the pelvis — exploring how this small (2-4 mm in relation to the ilium) but powerful interaction impacts everything from shock absorption to performance.
