This lovely patient originally had saline breast implants placed over 20 years ago. Over time, the left implant deflated, leading to noticeable asymmetry & volume loss.

After a thoughtful consultation, the patient shared that her primary goal was improved symmetry while staying close to her original size. Dr. Keen carefully listened to her concerns & tailored a surgical plan to honor those wishes.

We performed an implant exchange using silicone Allergan Moderate Profile implants 295 cc, resulting in improved balance, shape & a more natural overall appearance. The outcome demonstrates how implant selection & surgical technique play a critical role in achieving harmony not just volume.

At our practice, patients are actively involved in their implant selection. For this procedure, the patient chose Motiva Ergonomix 205 cc implants, designed to adapt naturally with movement while maintaining a soft, elegant contour.

The subfascial technique provides excellent implant support while allowing for natural motion, a smooth feel, and refined, balanced results.

This unique forward leaning view highlights the true contour & tightening achieved with abdominoplasty with liposuction, a perspective we don’t often show but one that beautifully demonstrates real surgical results. During surgery, 4 pounds were removed, with the after photo shown 1 year post-op. The patient weighed 180 pounds before surgery and 170 pounds today! Surgical results evolve over time, and patience is key; this outcome continues to showcase improved contour, firmness, and natural definition.

Dr. Keen’s technique uses no drains and a lollipop (vertical) incision instead of the horizontal anchor, allowing for a faster, more comfortable recovery and refined scars.

4 months prior, this patient underwent a revision Breast Augmentation. We used 215 cc Motiva Ergonomix implants to enhance both the size and shape of her breasts following a breast lift performed elsewhere. By utilizing her prior scars, we were able to access the subfascial pocket and give her lift an added boost. It’s important to note that prior anchor scars can limit tissue mobility and circulation, which can influence surgical options.

Dr. Keen’s reduction & lift technique avoids horizontal incisions. Instead, breast tissue is removed using a vertical “dart like” pattern, which allows for a more narrow, lifted, and youthful breast shape.
