Throw that too when April shook the very core of my business and started me on a journey of truly sitting with the "what's worth it" question.

But so much was learned and I'm so so grateful that nobody was hurt, and I have the opportunity to re-establish myself in a safe, quality facility with a landlord that truly does want to see everybody win!

Monday is our last in office appointment in Cottonwood Heights, and we will be reopening in our new location August 5th and are so SO excited for you to join us there! It's the ultimate step in the right direction and I cannot wait to show you!!

God is SOOOOOO good y'all! 😭

We love you all and are so grateful for your support through this evolution!

Sometimes you have to go back to your roots...

My first ever series business was doing 1940s style bo***ir photography. That's why I'm so aggressive about insuring that my before and afters are lined up as perfectly as possible because we don't play with falsifying results in this spa.

Here's some ways people "finesse" their results:

- Zooming in or out: Some practices will zoom in on the problem while zooming out on the "fix" to make it just that more dramatic of a difference. You can often tell by looking at a fixed part of the before photo and then looking at that same space (and it's border) to see if it too has changed.

- AI tuning: Y'all, prompts be prompting and Ai is an amazing tool that has some pretty advanced skills. But like with great power comes great responsibility. If it seems extremely too good to be true, it often is. Though there are some phenomenal results and most "proud crafters" will even give you the details on how it was achieved.

- Photoshopped: Though many haters will say results are photoshopped, even Photoshop leaves a distinct "trail" behind its self, often by means of warping textures or borders.

Hopefully these three points give you some insight so that way you can continue to make the best decisions when picking a beauty service provider!

Now more than ever your body needs your attention.

It's hard and I get it and fall short myself when it comes to personal care.

Staying late.
Working off days.
Always on the phone handling business.
Not eating enough.
Not keeping up on my water.

My body has been the most unhealthy relationship I've ever had, and I am gonna change it before it's too late.

This isn't about gym days and excessive routines. It's about consistency and grace to look at your own face and smile because your happy, healthy and whole.
