When booked with me to get some skin love, I was excited and humbled!!

She had moved here with her partner and of course the Utah weather was working a number on her East coastian skin.

100% locked in, she came with an arsenal of her own supplies that she had taken the time to vet for her skin, and invited me to be a part of the journey when it came to helping to balance out her hyperpigmentation and residual acne!

Fast forward to now, her skin is pure excellence and almost completely cleared up! Thankfully we have done a mixture of chemical peels, hydrating facials, and she stays consistent with her routine at home.

I'm so honored that I got to be front row on this Queens journey of reclaiming her clear skin again! Especially since I'm very selective on the clientele I take for skin care services, to the point you probably didn't know I did them. 😜

Ok. Let's be fair. Post surgical care hasn't been the norm for over 50 years, and honestly there's so much development that can still be done while fine tuning these processes and procedures themselves!

That being said. When does patient care stop? When does financial mindfulness stop?

"Post care is too expensive"...so is a revision, infection control, wound complications. Shall I continue?

Post-surgery infections can delay healing and affect your results. Watch for signs like redness, warmth, swelling, unusual drainage, or fever. If you notice these, contact your surgeon right away.

To lower your risk:
- keep your incision sites clean and dry
- follow post-op instructions carefully
- take antibiotics if prescribed
- avoid excessive movement too soon
- cut back the crud (alcohol, smoking, etc)

Your recovery is an investment and a major part of this journey. PLEASE protect it with consistent care and early attention to any changes. 💙
