Doula Services , Placenta Encapsulation We are Salt Lake doulas bringing a professional and compassionate experience to the birth room.

We am very passionate in pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. Tiny Blessings serves families all over the Salt lake valley which includes West Jordan, Taylorsville, Murray, Tooele, Riverton, downtown Salt Lake City, Davis County, Utah County, Park City etc. As your birth doula we will strive to help you have a birth experience that you will be able to cherish forever. We are DONA trained and certified as well as a certified Advanced doula through the Midwives College of Utah. We have been a doula for almost 7 years and have truly loved every minute. We support all types of births, Vaginal, unmedicated/medicated, Water Births, Inductions, Cesarean section, VBAC+, Twins, adoption, and surrogate at all types of birthing locations ie: Hospitals, Birthing Centers and Home.

1️⃣ Patience is key—every mom and baby are different.
2️⃣ Stay hydrated and nourish yourself.
3️⃣ Seek support from lactation consultants or other moms.
4️⃣ Don’t be too hard on yourself—every drop counts!
