ained and certified as well as a certified Advanced doula through the Midwives College of Utah. We have been a doula for almost 7 years and have truly loved every minute. We support all types of births, Vaginal, unmedicated/medicated, Water Births, Inductions, Cesarean section, VBAC+, Twins, adoption, and surrogate at all types of birthing locations ie: Hospitals, Birthing Centers and Home.

For those thinking about starting their breastfeeding journey, here are some tips:
1️⃣ Patience is key—every mom and baby are different.
2️⃣ Stay hydrated and nourish yourself.
3️⃣ Seek support from lactation consultants or other moms.
4️⃣ Don’t be too hard on yourself—every drop counts!
