Dr. Lefkowitz Dr. Lefkowitz is a Board Certified Osteopathic Internist serving the Verde Valley since 2018.

Dr. Dan Lefkowitz is an Internal Medicine physician who has been serving the Verde Valley Since 2018. He graduated cm laude with honors from the University of Arizona for his undergraduate degree. He received his medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York. During medical school, he was Student Government President and was a member of Sigma Sigma Phi honors society. ing in underserved and rural areas during medical school sparked Dr. Lefkowitz’s passion for rural medicine, and he completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at Verde Valley Medical Center in Cottonwood, AZ. Dr. Lefkowitz specializes in treating acute and chronic medical conditions in adults. He has special interests in rural medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment, and is passionate about providing personalized medicine and education to his patients. In his spare time, Dr. Lefkowitz enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with his children, and hiking and mountain biking in the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. Dr. Lefkowitz believes in treating patients with care and respect and working collaboratively to optimize health.
