A Cemetery Groundskeeper is needed at our Anderson Cemetery
This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various machinery and tools. This role involves maintaining cemetery grounds, including landscaping, repairs, and general upkeep.

Responsibilities:
Grounds Maintenance: Mow lawns, trim hedges, prune trees, and maintain other vegetation.
Gravesite Preparation: Prepare gravesites for burial services, including digging graves and replacing sod.
Equipment Operation: Operate lawnmowers, w**d whackers, chainsaws, and other specialized equipment.
General Maintenance: Perform general maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep of the cemetery.
Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of the cemetery grounds and employees.
Skills and Qualifications:
Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 150 lbs with assistance), walk and stand for long periods, and operate machinery.
Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to operate and maintain various types of machinery.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain the appearance and upkeep of the cemetery grounds.
Work Ethic: Reliable, hard-working, and able to work independently.
