We would like to send friendly that starting Monday we will be on a new system. Same system as PCH. It is vital for a fast check in that you do all of your “To Do’s” prior to your appointment. Notifications should have been sent to your phone. Any Phreesia registration you did for next week’s appointment did not come through. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition time. We are excited for this new conversion and welcome and encourage you to sign up for our new patient portal for easy access to our providers and many requests and records. Hi everyone!

As many of you may or may not know. We are moving into a new system starting next Monday. It is the same system PCH is on and all of our other P*P clinics will also make the conversion coming next week. You may have received a notice giving you some information about the conversion. This is exciting because we all will now have access to PCH records.

With change comes some collaboration from our families. You will start to receive notices for your upcoming appointments. It is vital that you compete the necessary steps prior to your visit so your check in process is as easy and expedited as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding through this change.

Como muchos de ustedes pueden o no saber. Vamos a pasar a un nuevo sistema a partir del próximo lunes.
