Lunch dates with my clinic girls will forever be some of my favorite moments ❤️

I am beyond blessed to work alongside women like Amber and Jill, strong, positive, hardworking, and truly caring in everything they do. They lift me up on the hard days, celebrate the wins with me, and pour so much love into our patients and this clinic. I appreciate them more than words can express… truly from the bottom of my heart. ♥️

Today was extra special getting to sneak away for lunch together, to say thank you, to laugh (a lot 😄), and to send Jill off for a well-deserved TWO WEEK vacation! 🌴✈️ We are going to miss you so much, Jill!!

And to all of our amazing patients, thank you for your patience and kindness while our staff takes much-needed time to rest and recharge. It means the world to us and allows us to come back even better for YOU 💛

UPDATE: We Survived the Week Without Amber! 😅

Well… we officially made it through the ENTIRE week without our amazing nurse Amber while she’s out enjoying her well-deserved vacation! 🛳️☀️

We won’t lie… there may have been a little extra coffee, a few “where did Amber put this?” moments, and possibly some mild chaos behind the scenes 😂 but we made it!

To all of our wonderful patients, THANK YOU for hanging in there with us this week, being patient, and showing us so much kindness and grace while we held down the fort. We truly have the best patients ever! ❤️

Amber… we miss you terribly and cannot wait for you to come back and restore order around here next week! 🤣

Until then, the clinic crew is still standing… maybe not Jill… slightly tired, slightly confused, but still smiling! 😜

Day 1 without our amazing RN Amber… and somehow Jill and I survived! 😂

We may be a little extra tired by the end of the day (see photo for proof 😅), but the clinic kept rolling and our patients were well taken care of!

Amber is out there cruising beautiful waters and living her best life 🌊🚢 while we hold down the fort. We miss her like crazy and cannot wait for her to be back next week!

Until then… it’s coffee, teamwork, and a lot of laughs keeping us going over here at Verde Functional Wellness! 💚

There is something incredibly special about caring for our pediatric patients. 💛

One of the greatest blessings in medicine is having the privilege to care for patients from birth all the way into adulthood. Watching these little ones grow, learn, and thrive fills my heart in ways that are hard to put into words.

Over the years, I get to witness so many beautiful moments , their first visits, their milestones, their personalities shining through, and the incredible families that support them every step of the way. I also have the honor of walking alongside families during challenges and celebrating the victories that follow.

To the parents who trust me with your most precious gifts, your children, thank you. Your trust means the world to me. I truly love my littles and feel deeply grateful to be part of their journey.

It is more than healthcare… it is relationship, community, and watching the next generation grow into who they are meant to be. 💕
