My passion for helping others has always been at the heart of everything I do. During my training at Pilates Sports Center, I discovered a deep love for anatomy, which led me to teach both group classes and private sessions. Through these experiences, I developed a natural, hands-on approach with clients. This work sparked my interest in physical manipulation, and as I continued to expand my education, I earned certifications in Zen Bodywork Therapy.

I’m excited to confidently share that after just one session, you will not only feel a structural transformation in your body but also notice a visible difference. I look forward to continuing my growth within our community and helping people feel better in their bodies—both physically and mentally.

Structural bodywork takes center stage, providing a holistic approach to well-being. The calm ambiance, enhanced by soft lighting and Malcolm, my soothing therapy dog, creates a space of relaxation and healing. Structural bodywork focuses on realigning the body's framework through targeted manual techniques, addressing pain, tension, and imbalances caused by poor posture or injuries. I am also a certified Pilates instructor using specialized equipment, such as the reformer seen in the background, to integrate movement therapy, promoting increased flexibility and stability. The reformer helps sustain the work! This method facilitates both physical restoration and emotional renewal.
