3 Simple Steps to Start Today:

1️⃣ The 'Coffee Table' Talk: It doesn't have to be a formal meeting. Just start with, 'If I couldn't speak for myself, here is what matters most to me.'

2️⃣ Identify Your 'Person': Who do you trust to be your voice? Make sure they know they’ve been chosen!

3️⃣ Put it in Writing: A document is only helpful if people can find it. Keep a copy on file with your doctor (and with us!).

Arizona Care Management Solutions is so proud to be a part of this amazing group bringing a day of much-needed love to our local caregivers. It truly takes a village!

To stay energized while advocating for our seniors, the leadership team has officially declared a "No Sitting" policy starting today. We’re taking our commitment to "active advocacy" to a whole new level!

The New Protocol:

Bonnie is now conducting all client consultations while on a treadmill. 🏃‍♀️

Kristin has committed to drafting all care plans while holding a perfect plank. 🧘‍♀️

Andrea is officially swapping her desk chair for a pogo stick to keep the office energy "bouncing." 📈

Rick will now be conducting all community marketing meetings while riding a unicycle (helmet included!). 🚲🤡

Update: We lasted exactly 4 minutes. Bonnie’s laptop flew off the treadmill, Rick is stuck in the parking lot, and Andrea realized pogo-sticking and spreadsheets don't mix.

We’ve decided to go back to our desks where we can actually focus on your needs—and stay upright. Happy April Fools' from the (slightly out of breath) team at AZ Care!
