Happy National Coffee Day to the best team in the business! People ask what it's like to meet clients in a hospital environment with long hours. We tell them it's simple: We are basically a team of caffeinated ninjas. 🥋

Our superpower isn't knowing the exact hospital floor plan; it's being able to transition from a full sprint down the hall to a perfectly calm client handshake—all thanks to the magical bean juice. ☕️

If you see us running, don't be alarmed—we're either going to the client or to the coffee pot. Cheers to the essential fuel that keeps the lights on (and our eyes open)!

It's National Fall Prevention Awareness Week! This week, we're dedicated to raising awareness about how we can all work together to prevent falls and help older adults live safely and independently.

Falls are not an inevitable part of aging. Many are preventable with a few simple steps. Here are a few tips from us at AzCareManagement:

Review your medications: Some medications can cause dizziness or drowsiness. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about side effects that could increase your risk of falling.

Make your home safer: A few easy changes can have a huge impact. Add grab bars in the bathroom, use non-slip mats, and ensure all areas are well-lit.

Stay physically active: Exercises that improve balance and strength can significantly reduce your risk of falling. Consider activities like walking, tai chi, or gentle stretching.
