Feeling stuck, doubt?
First thing to do is ground ourselves: go to Nature , being in nature will change our state of mind and will help see ourselves in a higher, brighter light!!
Mindful meditation will also help us to understand our doubts , it is so important to come back to the heart , breathing in and out of our heart will quiet our mind, fear, doubt…
Feeling stuck / doubt …are just beliefs that we have been conditioned / programmed from society/ childhood…., it is not who we are!
So come back to yourself and multiple solutions will appear to you … trust that you have all the answers inside of you!! 🥳🙏🌹

Transmuting negative energy!
When someone sends us negative energy rather that sending it back to them ( which would continue a negative cycle..) send it to Mother Earth to be recycled into the light with strong intentions to do so…( this is the easiest way to get rid of bad intentions from other)
For sensitive/ Empath people it can be overwhelming, the key is to be in a neutral observer state of mind , stay detached from their burdens and understand that the person is sending energy from their shadow side and often not aware of what they are doing…
This is how we rise humanity with love , compassion and choosing to stop this cycle of negativity. Break the chain!!

Journaling!!
It can really helps us to make sens of our life , emotions…
For people who are in their head a lot , writing their thoughts on a piece of paper will help release the mental noise…
It is important for self development or spiritual growth to write it down because we can go back and notice our progress !
we also can learn from our patterns , emotions…
in my journey I have used journaling to understand myself in a deeper way and how I respond to my outside world.
Journaling is self care/ healing .

After a fiery month with all the planets in Aries , lots of clarity and release at the same time… a little bit chaotic….
This full moon energy brings inner truth, psychic gifts are enhanced , emotional energy get to be release…
This full moon is a reset , new idea , new direction, new communication a time to grounded our new life into reality!
It can be intense and deep!!

How to understand / hear messages from your guide / ancestors…. ?
We all have a guide / loved one….
They are here to support us,guide us for our highest good.
Our guide will choose to communicate with us by using objects, numbers, songs… that resonate with you and only you !!
There’s no universal spirit language.. it is personal to each of us, can be a feeling, a special number…
So we have to connect often to learn how to communicate with our guidance, it’s about practice !!
Every day asking to connect and listen… you can ask your guide to show you proof in your 3D life for confirmation : « show me a yellow balloon in the next 24 hours «
Guided meditation will help to connect with your guidance.
Also before falling asleep at night is a very good time to talk with them…

What is karma ?
Karma is the ripple effect of our energy vibration that we sent to the universe coming back to us ( words that we said, actions that we took…) . It is the law of the universe.
Karma is not a punishment, it is here to show / teach us what we like or don’t like. It forces us to look at ourselves…
But as humans we have a hard time accepting that everything we going through is for our own growth..( we see it as negative )
We need to look at karma as a teacher of the truth of who we are !
This means that sometimes we need to go back to the family history that kept karma patterns alive… then we can see where it comes from and how we can choose to change those patterns / habits …
Everything in life , like karma, has 2 polarities , positive and negative , it is just about our perception point of view. Choose wisely …

Self energy healing !
As a Reiki practitioner, self healing is necessary to be energetically / physically balanced .
When you first learned energy healing ( Reiki ) you must do 21 days of self energy healing…in this period changes in your life will occur ( big or small) your self awareness will increase, your taste will change…
It is so important to be mindful of our state of mind, being…before we transfer energy healing into someone else…
Self healing practices will activate the body’s natural state of relaxation.
Emotionally, self healing creates a safe space to feel stored emotions.
Mentally it brings clarity, reduces overthinking…
Spirituality , self healing deepen the relationship with yourself , over time this can lead to inner peace, purpose…
In my opinion self healing brings autonomy, we no longer depend solely on outside solutions.

How to find authentic spiritual teacher/ guide…
In my opinion lineage, where they learned or with who is not in my needs when I look for a mentor…
I will observe more about how the teacher expressed themselves, if they talking like they are completely healed and know more than you ( and about you ) it is a big red flag ! Healing is a long life journey …( every time we get to heal something in us we upgraded to the next level of healing ourselves…. ) I do not believe in someone that places themselves in a higher spiritual position than students. ( even if the teacher has 35 years in spiritual work) a spiritual teacher is not here to control, judge you or your choices.
A teacher that doesn’t practice daily what their preaching is just someone with knowledge but no experiences! ( what makes someone a spiritual guide is spiritual experiences !!!! ) .
Always listen to your first impression it’s never wrong…
You do not need a spiritual advisor if you’re well connected with your own spiritual guide / Angel …
But if you choose to be guided by someone when going through awakening …. Just be mindful with who you trust.
And yes some people are not authentic they just study spiritual words, but do not apply their knowledge in their own Life ( which can be a inaccurate guide) , they just here to take money…
