Regarding yesterday’s statement from the Secretary of HHS.

We know words can hurt, especially insensitive and grossly uninformed and dishonest statements like the ones made by Mr. Kennedy.
Please know that we support you and will continue to advocate not only for you as our client, but for everyone that has had their lives touched by autism.
Autism doesn’t destroy families, Mr. Kennedy. Spreading lies and misinformation does.
To our neurospicy friends, we know this doesn’t define you, YOU define you. 💪

A Message from Clear Mind Therapy LLC 🧡

We know that recent political events, including the rollback of essential protections and funding cuts to critical programs, may be causing fear and uncertainty—especially for the most vulnerable in our community. At Clear Mind Therapy LLC, we want you to know that we see you, we hear you, and we stand with you.

Regardless of political changes, our commitment remains the same: to provide ethical, compassionate, and inclusive mental health care to all who need it. We do not support policies that limit access to care or discriminate against marginalized communities. We firmly believe that mental health is a human right, and we will continue to fight for equitable and affirming support for all individuals—regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, ability, or financial status.

If you are feeling overwhelmed or anxious about these changes, you are not alone. Our practice remains a safe, affirming space for healing, support, and advocacy. Together, we will navigate these challenges with strength, solidarity, and compassion.

The US Food and Drug Administration is warning consumers not to purchase or use any tianeptine products, saying it continues to receive reports of severe adverse events, including death, linked to the substance.

Well, it only took us 7 years but we finally got a beverage fridge for our clients. 😂😁

Hi folks! I just wanted to share that I have one very specific time slot available on my caseload, being Thursday mornings at 9am, in-person. I typically have a waiting list but those folks have since entered therapy while waiting. I primarily work with adults and couples. Lately, my niche has been around women struggling with mood, grief, trauma, and relationship issues. I also see a few couples and fellow therapists. I am Gottman, EMDR, TF-CBT trained and often utilize IFS and somatic tools. My specialty area is around su***de (ideation, loss, grief, etc.). Only taking private insurance at the moment. Please contact me at ciarawarden@gmail.com if you know of someone who may need this spot. Take care! 🩵
