DR. COKER ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT & CLOSURE:
It is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of Dr. Clarine I. Coker, and closure of Ridge Family Practice, PC, effective October 31, 2025. After a long and dedicated career, Dr. Coker has decided to begin a new chapter in her life.
We ask for your patience as we prepare for a smooth transition over the coming weeks.
Dr. Coker’s lasting impact on our practice will be remembered fondly, and we wish her all the best in her retirement.
We understand this is a very short notice and are committed to ensuring a smooth transition for all of her patients.
What you need to know:
* Final day: Dr. Coker will be available for appointments and to assist with your healthcare needs through October 31, 2025
* Finding a new provider: We encourage you to begin seeking a new provider as soon as possible. Your health insurance provider can offer a list of doctors accepting new patients. Also you can see recommendations below.
* Medical records: Your medical records are confidential. You will need to provide written authorization to have a copy transferred to your new provider. Please contact our office for the necessary form and information on how to access your records.
