Hello Neighbors,

Hopefully everyone is doing well and staying warm this winter.

We are in the very early planning stages of a community garage sale in April and wanted to reach out to all of you and get your thoughts. We know trying to plan this far in advance might be a challenge for some and others might prefer the early planning. To recap and give insight, last year we had over 10 different sales for our community of nearly 100 homes.

Initially, we were thinking of holding this year's community garage sale on Thursday April 17th, Good Friday April 18th and on Saturday April 19th. We picked these dates as it might work better for those that have to normally work on Friday's that might have the day off and also in the hopes of better traffic on Friday.
We also were thinking about adding the neighbors to the East of Upland Drive in the Chicory Ridge Subdivision (Shevi Drive and Journey Circle) which is about 25 additional potential homes to make this a bigger draw for traffic.

Please let us know any of your thoughts and or concerns.
