Welcome back to school from the All Care Mobile Clinic team! Our team rotate between six different schools this semester. The Mobile Clinic Schedule is:

Mondays at Carter Lake Elementary 8:30am-3:30pm

Tuesdays at Thomas Jefferson High School from 8:30am-3pm

Wednesdays at Abraham Lincoln High School from 8:30am-3:30pm

Thursdays at Kanesville Learning Center from 9am-3pm

Alternating Fridays between Kirn & Wilson Middle Schools from 8:30am-12pm
