Another quick update on Mama Bear 4 Babies Yoga classes hosted in our community space - Katrina McKeagney has let us know that she won't be back teaching her yoga classes in our space this week and anticipates a return on Tuesday 1/13. Holiday Break Announcement

We are taking a short holiday break this week and there will be no yoga classes on:

• Tuesday 12/29
• Friday 1/2
• Sunday 1/4

Classes will resume on Monday 1/6.

We hope this season is offering you moments of rest, connection, and whatever nourishment you need — whether that’s movement, stillness, or time with loved ones.

As we return in the new year, we’d love to remind you of the different offerings within our Life Dimensions yoga community

Katrina McKeagney classes focus on pelvic floor health, low back pain relief, and supportive pre- and post-natal practices. Available Tuesday and Sunday

Ilona Holland classes follow a journey through the 8 limbs of yoga and, depending on the season and weather, may include a variety of styles such as yin yoga, vinyasa, kundalini, hatha as well as practices that replenish life force and vitality.

Thank you for being part of our community, and we look forward to practicing together again soon.
