A New Chapter at Life Dimensions
When I think back to our beginnings—just me working out of a repurposed fitness closet at the old YMCA on South 4th Street—I’m humbled by how far we’ve come. Today, Life Dimensions has grown into a holistic wellness center and community hub with a team of 10, offering everything from bodywork and Reiki to yoga, sound healing, womb practices, satsangs, workshops, retreats, and more.
And yet, one truth remains: healing is not linear. It’s not about fixing—it’s about meeting yourself where you are. Sometimes that means dismantling everything before rebuilding. Other times, it’s renovating as you go. What matters most is right effort, right mindfulness, and knowing you don’t have to walk the path alone.
With this in heart, I am stepping into a new chapter—focusing deeply on work that honors the whole being: body, mind, and spirit. For the remainder of 2025, my offerings will center on three core services:
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Gentle, rhythmic work that clears stagnation, restores flow, and awakens life force (Shakti + Prana). For those feeling stuck, depleted, or disconnected, MLD is more than a massage—it’s an invitation to begin living again.

Healing Sessions
My deepest calling. These sessions create space to meet—not avoid—your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual pain. Using collaborative practices, meditation, somatic techniques, and energy work and processing methods, we walk together toward reconnection and wholeness.
