We are incredibly proud to honor Gary Schultz as our Volunteer of the Year for Bethany Lutheran Home! 💙
For more than 30 years, Gary has faithfully served our organization with dedication, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to our mission. He can be found faithfully attending Sunday afternoon services at Bethany, gathering the residents, operating the audiovisual equipment, and being a friendly face that the residents know and love. His decades of service have touched countless lives and helped shape who we are today.

We are excited to recognize Jessica as Employee of the Year. Jessica has been a dedicated member of the Bethany team for 29 years, serving in countless roles throughout her career. Her list of titles is truly endless.
Jessica is always willing to lend a hand, generously give her time, and offer thoughtful solutions. She is committed to finding answers and ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and with care.
You can often find Jessica at the front desk, warmly engaging with residents and families and making sure their questions are answered. Over the years, she has built meaningful relationships with so many families and residents, and her genuine smile and engaging conversations are always a welcome sight when families return to visit.
Jessica truly embodies the spirit and attitude that allow a facility like Bethany to thrive. We are grateful for her dedication, compassion, and many years of exceptional service.
